EARN is a referral partnership program for individuals looking to be the owner of their own business or, who currently own their own business and are looking to enhance the relationships they have already built. With EARN, the sky is the limit. EARN participants take home an upfront monetary commission as an incentive for each connection that becomes an Advantage Payroll client. In addition all agents receive a residual payment that is based on the length of time that a client stays with Advantage. EARN Team members can choose from one of two EARN Support Platforms. The level you choose should be based on the amount of commitment you would like to devote to EARN. Both levels offer upfront and residual payment related directly to results, but the responsibly to the EARN participants is different in each tier.
