Affordable Care Act Section 6056 Reporting Requirements

Advantage will be assisting clients with the preparation and filing of their Form 1094-C and Forms 1095-C.  We will be sending out further details soon!

Starting in 2015, the ACA Employer Mandate requires employers with 100 or more FT/FTE employees to offer affordable and adequate health insurance.  Employers with 50 or more employees do not have to comply with this requirement until 2016 however they do have to comply with Section 6056 reporting requirements for the 2015 year.
