1. What is the most popular search?
Every client’s background search needs are different so there isn’t one most popular search. One of the best features, however, are the “levels” of searches that we offer. Each ‘level’ includes a different number of searches that would be run on a new hire based on their position. The choices range from administrative to an executive package. It makes much more sense to utilize a level that fits your needs instead of ordering five individual searches and paying double the amount. Many of our customers have commented how convenient the “level” option searches are and how competitively priced it is.

2. How quickly will I get the results of my searches?
Most of the searches give instantaneous results. Since the search is run by the client online, they will get the information they need once they enter the prospective employee’s necessary information. In the case of the County Court Records search, that requires a 48-72 hour turnaround as those records are sealed at the county court. A representative goes to the courts on your behalf to get the information. Once it is in hand, it is forwarded to you immediately.

3. Why are state searches available if there are cheaper national packages that can be selected?
The state searches are there in case more specific or more in-depth information is required. The national packages may show an arrest or a warrant but not what it was for. If you are interested in getting more into detail you can search in the state or even the county that the arrest/warrant took place.

4. I see you have certain packages for different industries. I don’t see what I need in one of those packages, now what?
We have many industry specific searches that can fit your needs. If we don’t offer a package that’s right for your organization, we can work with you to create any type of level or package that you need and require. 5. I would like to sign up for background screening services. What paperwork do you need from me to set this up?
