Advantage Payroll Unveils Enhanced New Hire Reporting Website

Many of you are familiar with the New York State Wage Theft Prevention Act that was passed in 2011, which provides enhanced protection to workers in NY State by requiring employers to give a written notice to each new hire and all employees by February 1st of each year. What you may not be familiar with is that Advantage is the first payroll company to have a dedicated website solely to help our clients comply with the WTPA mandate.

When our clients choose to combine our automatic New Hire Reporting service with your regular payroll service, they are granted access to a website that makes compliance with this law easy and painless. Through our password protected online portal, they simply fill out the template provided, print a copy for the employee and save for their records. It’s that simple.
