In all the excitement of fireworks and barbecues, it’s easy to overlook that half of 2015 has already come and gone! As I have done myself, I encourage all my clients to take this time to look over all aspects of their business and practices to make sure their professional houses are in order. As a reminder of all the important topics and updates we’ve covered in our newsletter this year, I have compiled a brief six-month summary below for your review. Here’s to a fruitful end of year!

Last but absolutely not least, you will probably remember that we discussed the upcoming 2016 ACA Reporting Deadline in last month’s newsletter. Under the ACA, employers with 50 or more full-time or full-time equivalent employees must report on their health insurance coverage offerings for the 2015 year. Advantage’s ACA Reporting Service aims to remove the burden of creating month-to-month reports for individual employees to ensure you are in compliance with the regulations of the law.
