The TPA of your choosing will:
- Provide an annual audit of your plan’s contributions as well as the completion of your year-end census.
- Handle your annual discrimination testing.
- Set objectives for your plan based on the goals and needs of your organization.
- Offer the ability to choose from a wide variety of 401(k) providers, each offering investment options to meet the short and long term objectives of all participants.
- Assist you and your advisor with all aspects of the enrollment process to optimize plan participation.
- Offer a seamless transition from your current vendor to provide optimal benefit to all plan participants.
ADVANTAGE PAYROLL SERVICES WILL:
- Handle all of your 401(k) submissions on a per payroll basis.
- Offer seamless transition from your current payroll provider to provide optimal payroll/401(k) reporting.
- Provide the TPA all census data to administer your plan.
